Della is a co-founder and managing partner of Culture Integration International. She is a former Symantec and Adobe Systems sales leader. Della has a decade of experience in developing and leading partner sales teams in their go-to market efforts, and has a deep knowledge of developing collaborative partnerships and programs. In her leadership role during the VERITAS and Symantec merger, she developed hands-on, practical experience with what works and what doesn’t work during integration of disparate cultures in mergers and acquisitions. These experiences inspired her desire to help companies face the difficult problems of optimizing cultures whether it is prompted by an M & A transaction, partnership opportunity, or a desire for higher performance. Her clients appreciate her directness, values, and ability to distill situations down to the bottom line.

Dr. Ken Majer is a co-founder and managing partner of Culture Integration International. Ken brings 30 years of consulting experience with special expertise in values-based leadership and values-driven workforce alignment, corporate culture, change management, process redesign, product and company positioning, and corporate communications. He has worked across industries nationally and internationally with some of the world’s largest corporations including  AT&T, Citibank, and the U.S. Agency for International Development. He has also worked with small- and medium-sized companies in health care, high technology, professional services, automotive, and manufacturing. His speaking and writing focus on the positive, bottom-line impact in ROE and ROI that result from managing corporate culture effectively.
