Participants take away practical guidelines for overcoming these problems plus a Change Management Implementation Action Plan.
Managing Cultural Integration: Optimal performance during a merger or an acquisition to ensure continuity and performance
This is a half-day workshop for up to 15 senior leaders to learn the essentials of how to manage culture to maintain performance during and after an M&A transaction. Participants will learn the dynamics such as Conqueror’s Mentality, Demonization of the Other Company, and other specific challenges. They will also learn to shift away from these unproductive thinking patterns. The foundation of this workshop is for leaders to learn how to use principles of values-based leadership and values-driven corporate culture to create workforce alignment for increased performance.
